Basically, it's a miniature version of Toad Suck Daze (pause here for a reaction - anytime I mention it, people not from Arkansas laugh or give me a funny look), except Toad Suck Daze leans more to the redneck side while Spring Fest is more on the hippie, go green and recycle side. It was wonderful. I bought a hippie-ish dress that I look forward to wearing to church tomorrow.
The whole day was wonderful today! Ate bagels from Panera for breakfast, made lunches in our rooms then ate at the park and played tennis, went to Spring Fest/walked around Dickson Street, went to Sonic, went to Lewis and Clark (I was SO close to buying a hammock!), had dance parties in the car, ate WAY too much at a Chinese buffet, worked out... and the day isn't over! Tonight's plans include watching a movie and making friendship bracelets :) It's so great to be alive!
I will be home in two weeks... thank goodness. Then, two weeks after that, I will be off to staff training at camp! There is so much great stuff going on now, and it only gets better from here! God is good!
