My best friend Kristen and I are looking for a place to live next year, along with one of our guy friends' younger sisters who will be transferring here. We really want to rent a house, but most of the ones that we have seen are over $1000/month, which may or may not be reasonable (I don't really know) but is not in our budget. I called about a really cute house by Wilson Park today, and the guy was describing it and it sounded so perfect except for the $1500/month rent. Yikes!
If we have to, we can live in the apartment/condo complex that some of my friends live in right now, but a house would be so wonderful. Maybe we aren't being realistic, but...
So I guess we will just keep driving around and calling people. If anyone knows people with property up here in Fayetteville that is somewhat close to campus, let me know! :)
